What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
There is a lot of exploration which is rewarded by souls, hidden weapons, extra health and mana pips.
Everything about it is fantastic; the combat, art, soundtrack, story, the fact you play as a bird.
The ending was also absolutely fantastic, and the post-game was pretty fun to go through.
The art style is really cute and the story line/characters were engaging enough.
BUT there is a significant and well-designed system of difficulty in these fights, with a simple but effective difference of efficacy between builds.
Sound and Audio were fantastic with the soundtrack being just beautiful to listen to and the audio design was perfect when it came to attacks and secrets.
