What players think

The graphics and the animation in this game are really spectacular and every level has a unique look to it.
This remake endeavors to bring the classic adventure to life with updated visuals and controls, while preserving the atmospheric storytelling and challenging gameplay that made the original a cult favorite.

What set Flashback apart wasn’t just its deep, engrossing plot, but its incredible use of rotoscoped animation.
The game’s difficulty strikes a challenging balance, retaining the tension and occasional trial-and-error feel of the original without becoming overly punishing.
The cinemas have new scenes and an increased frame rate that look super nice.
