The story is for the most part very well written but it does lack the kinda subtly you'd expect from the genre.
This visual discomfort is paired with excellent sound design, where distant noises, industrial echoes, sudden audio distortions, and stretches of near silence work together to maintain constant tension.
I love the way the game uses low resolution textures in combination with normal maps to create this beautiful mix of retro and modern graphics.
