What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Gunplay and combat – Weapons feel impactful, cover mechanics are satisfying, and there’s a nice variety of guns and augments to experiment with.
This game has a beautiful environment to explore with fun combat and an extremely rich depth of hand-crafted visual worldbuilding.
Lots of side quests - Google said I could be a completionist within 25 to 30 hours, but I just keep finding more stuff to do, unique NPCs with widely unique stories to follow.
Lighting, sound design, and the Blade Runner–esque soundtrack do a lot of heavy lifting.
Co-op – Playing with friends smooths over some of the grind and makes firefights more dynamic.
The Good: Magnificent visuals, excellent soundtrack, a breathtaking Sci-Fi/Cyberpunk world I wish there was more to do in, the devs nailed the look, feel and vibe with incredible detail.
