Mud River is a horizontal 2D Shoot‘em Up game. The Rio Doce (Sweet River) was a paradise for mankind and animals, but now it has become a territory destroyed by the unscrupulous activities of Dr. Wellin. This is Pacal's first destination, ascending the Rio Doce preventing its complete destruction.

The game is split in four campaigns: The Flying Circus (1917), Battle of Cambrai 1917, German spring offensive (1918) and Hat In The Ring (1918). Several airplanes are available, including the Sopwith Camel, the Nieuport 28 and the Fokker Dr.I

The game features a Single-player campaign with several uniquely designed missions, and multiple Multiplayer modes such as Conquest, FreeForAll, and Escape.

There is only one rule in the game and that is to know the end of the track you play! You will be given a period of time before starting the course, during which time you will have to finish the game. If the time runs out, you have to start again from the very beginning of the track.
